So I finally got my brother in law to spray paint the navy blue tool box black. I used pink and green scrapbook paper and used the font Tan Patty to create my labels.

Nope, it's pretty clear, I can barely tell it's there. I did use the Scotch Brand, I'm assuming thatyou may get different results with an off brand.
