I'm back! Teacher work week started last Monday. And Monday-Wednesday the entire third grade team were sitting ducks as our classrooms were still under construction. Thursday morning was the first day we could get into our rooms. Our bulletin boards didn't get put up until Saturday morning and I've worked a total of 42 hours in the last 5 days, (well 4 days, I didn't go in on Sunday) trying to get my classroom ready. My poor fiance has met "back to school Jessica" and I'm hoping he still wants to marry me after seeing me turn into a drill sargent barking orders at him when he came to help me in my classroom.
The Before- Thursday
The After- Monday
I would love feedback, please leave a comment!!!!!

My Second Sense
It's a program called Mountain Math. It's going to be my first year using it.
ReplyDeleteLooks wonderful, so bright and colourful ! The transformation is amazing, great job :). Good luck tomorrow !
ReplyDeleteYour room looks great. It is so bright and and cheery. I have never seen that type of desk, do you like them?
ReplyDeleteThey are trapezoid desks that fit together in a group of four. They take up a lot of space. Not sure if I like them yet.
ReplyDeleteLooks amazing. I L-O-V-E the colorful curtains! :)

This is the first time I have ever left a comment on someone's blog... I love the way you set up your room! It looks great. I especially like your reading bulletin board display about good reading habits, features of non-fiction, and summarizing. Where did you get those? Did you make them?
ReplyDeleteThnks I will take a look, love your ideas, marybat apopovic@primus.ca
ReplyDeleteI bought the Nonfiction Text Features and the Hollywood Reading Strategies, I made the STOP Summarizing and the Fluency Monkey signs.
ReplyDeleteI love your classroom!
ReplyDeleteNice pics! Where did you get the Supplies cut outs (the ones in the last pic?)
ReplyDeleteAlso, congrats on your upcoming wedding! Your dress is gorgeous!
I cut out the actual letters on my Cricut machine, the round labels with the supply cut outs I made myself.
